Ty Golchi has a very high standard of finish. Recently built on the site of an old wash house, the property is the final part of an Old Farm Square conversion. Set well back from the quite lane, there is very secure off street parking.

Access to Ty Golchi is down steps from the parking area.
Off the entrance hall, the kitchen/dining room has a modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, plus double oven cooker and all then necessary utensils.
The large bathroom/wc has a shower over the bath and airing cupboard.
The light and airy south facing sitting room has sofas/chair with TV/DVD plus hi fi and ipod docking point. The french windows lead to the small but private terrace with great views over the village to St Brides Bay beyond.
Stairs lead to the double bedroom which also has the great views.
Ty Golchi benefits from full central heating and on demand hot water from an oil fired combi boiler.
The property is strictly NO SMOKING and sorry - No pets either.
All costs (power/oil/bedding) are included in the rate so no hidden extras, and towels cans be hired if required - contact the owners direct.
Ty Golchi changes on a FRIDAY, with arrivals after 16.00 and departure on final day by 10.30
Solva is often referred to as one of the prettiest coastal villages in Wales and has lots to offer. Withing walking distance there is the village shop/post office, the 4 pubs (all offering food) and a couple of restaurants. There are also art galleries, gift shops and a traditional 'tea room' in the lower village. The Harbour has a cafe where you can sit and watch the activities on the Trinity Quay, which is the base for boat trips (fishing or sight seeing), sailing lessons, as well as being the focus for the boating and watersports groups. Children (and parents) spend hours crabbing
There are annual regattas in August.
Within 3 miles is the beautiful Cathedral City of St David's (Britain's smallest city) which has everything you need to complete your stay, Banks, Chemist, Mini Market, pubs, restaurants, galleries, shops and now a Fat Face outlet. A visit to the Cathedral is a must and from St David's it is only a short drive to St Justinian's where you can take trips around Ramsey Island.
Blue Flag beachs are the norm in Pembrokeshire and there are several which have RNLI lifeguard patrols. Newgale and Whitesands are the nearest to Solva, At Newgale you can hire all the necessary equipment or have lessons on surfing, or even try kite surfing. The Stables at Nolton are excellent with rides up the valley or on the beach at Druidston (tide allowing).
Ty Golchi is less than 15m from another property owned by the Davies family. Ty Taclen sleeps up to 4, so if both properties were booked a 'family' holiday could be enjoyed, but without the need to be in close contact.

Around the coastline is the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a 186 mile walking trail which offers stunning views of the cliffs and surrounding sea.
